Testator: Peter Day of Frittenden, Farmer
Executors:     Son George Day, Son David Day, Son in law Isaac Cook of London,
Cabinet Maker
Executrix:     Wife Elizabeth
Witnesses:     John Hornby, Ann Hornby, Thomas Day
To the three executors:
messuage in Pudding Lane, Maidstone, Kent with outbuildings, Garden & preises
to be held in trust.
To the wife:
The said house and premises for the rest of her life.
Sole use of the parlour & the bedchamber in the house I now occupy for he same
term.
Furniture for the said house, two beds & bedsteads, six pairs of sheets nd
other articles of household furniture.
To Son George Day:
Remainder of household furniture and plate, all my farming implements and
living and dead stock, on condition that he pays my debts, funeral and probate
expenses.
Lease of the farm I now hold.
He shall pay to my wife 10 pounds a year in half yearly payments commencing
with a five pound payment six months after decease.
In respect of a security of 180 pounds, 65 pounds plus interest.
To Son David Day
The remaining 115 pounds of the security plus interest.
on the death of my wife:
The house and premises to be sold proceeds to be distributed as follows:
Son David and his heirs: £200
daughter Elizabeth, wife of Isaac Cook and heirs: £200
Son Charles:   £25
Son Samuel:    £25
The balance to each of the four above in equal parts.

"Whereas Peter Day Elizabeth Day Hannah Pile and others Protestant Dissenters
of the Denomination of Baptists have certified to the Justices of the Peace at
this General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of the House of the said Peter Day
situate in the Parish of Frittenden in the County of Kent as the place of
Meetimg of a Congregation or Assembly for religious Worship and desired that
it may be recorded in this Court for that Purpose.  It is ordered by this
Court that the said House be and the same is hereby for that purpose recorded
pursuant to the statute in that Case made and provided".
